Your clinical data is stored on secure, HIPAA-compliant servers. We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data in transit and at rest. We maintain regular security audits and are SOC 2 Type II certified.
Genventures is HIPAA compliant. We do not sell, share, or use patient health information for marketing purposes. Enterprise customers can execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for additional HIPAA protections.
You can access, modify, or delete your data at any time. If you close your account, we retain data for 90 days before permanent deletion, unless required by law.
We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how you use our platform and to improve our services. You can control cookie settings in your browser.
We integrate with third-party EHR systems (SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, AthenaOne). Your data may be shared with these systems according to the integration you authorize. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
