Genventures is HIPAA compliant. We do not sell, share, or use patient health information for marketing purposes. Enterprise customers can execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for additional HIPAA protections.

5. Data Retention

You can access, modify, or delete your data at any time. If you close your account, we retain data for 90 days before permanent deletion, unless required by law.
